Tom Cruise’s liking for India

Tom Cruise has had millions of fans across the length and breath of India for years.  And now their dream is set to come true as the star may visit India next year.

In fact the actor has surprised fans by saying that he too has a long-cherished dream of visiting India.

He’s reportedly said, "It has been a dream of mine to come to India. Hopefully, next year I would come depending on the filming. But I always talk about India to friends who have been there and I also have friends that are from India so I cannot wait to go there. For me it’s really a dream goal of mine. I am looking forward to coming to visit you (fans in India)."

The Hollywood superstar has also congratulated Indians for the award-winning film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’.

He’s added, "I know of Indian cinema and different stars there. I do see some of their films and they must be very proud of Slumdog Millionaire also. It is fantastic. In fact I can’t wait to go there"

Cruise who has blockbusters like ‘Mission Impossible’, ‘Minority Report’ and ‘War of the Worlds’ to his credit is currently promoting ‘Valkyrie’ which is based on the life of German hero colonel Claus con Stauffenberg who led a failed attempt to kill Adolf Hitler. -Sampurn Media
