Britney Spears womanizer titled sexiest video

Playboy magazine’s newly released music poll has named Britney Spears’ Womanizer video as the sexiest promo of 2008.
The pop superstar’s racy video, in which she appeared naked in a steam room, beat Kanye West’s Flashing Lights and Toe Jam by Brighton Port Authority on the Playboy countdown.
