Ian Hart Dedicates New Role to Uncles

Ian Hart has dedicated his latest role to his two uncles. The actor who will be seen playing a schizophrenic in Courtney Cox’s drama ‘Dirt’ owes its sensitive portrayal to his two schizophrenic uncles, because none of them were dangerous.

When Hart was a child, his uncle, Chris would come to his house and just sit there laughing, like he was the happiest man alive. Hart admitted to finding him crazy but not mentally ill.

His uncle Joe would walk 40 miles with a stack of 45 records in one hand and an old record player in a box in the other. He would go to Hart’s house, put on the records and dance around the living room. According to Hart, neither of his uncles posed any threat or negativity to him.
