Jennifer Aniston’s Doctor Dreams

Jennifer Aniston has expressed her childhood dream of becoming a surgeon more than once. As a child, she was only allowed to watch ‘educational’ medical programs with her father.

Even though she later turned to acting, she admits to still having a strong interest in cutting people open and watching TV surgeries whenever she feels the need to ‘decompress’.

Since she grew up watching only news and documentary medical programs, it became her dream to become a micro-surgeon. The intense focus and detail in surgeries fascinated her. Even now when she watches reality shows where people come into the ER (emergency room) with a bullet wound and the doctor shoves her finger into it to keep the blood from spurting out; she thinks she can easily do that stuff. That’s Dr. Aniston for you!
